Take ginger tea or peel a small chunk of ginger and use as losenge( PUT inside mouth). Ginger and pepper (sili) has capsaisin which kills viruses. Do it immediately before the virus damage some of your cells, produce toxins or initiate an immune response. Do not believe that Bioflu treats flu as said in the advertisements, it is just a decongestant. Do not believe too that flu shots will prevent flu. Flu viruses mutate every year for a particular vaccine production to catch up. The answer .... ginger... is just in your kitchen. For cardiovascular problems, we could trace it to diet during the holidays and the lack of Vit D in temperate areas where people stay indoors. Take Vit D 5000 IU once a day to substitute for lack of sun exposure. It will boost your immune system. Take grape seed extract (resveratrol) or omega 3 to declog your blood vessels of plaques due to fats and bad cholesterol and vit B-complex to get rid of streaks caused by protein consumption.
