Colin Pantall, thanks for sharing. The writers do need a very long time before reaching the point where they finally can conclude that irony without purpose leads nowhere - because that was the clear direction of the piece from the start. But it allows them to use that quote from Lorde: [Poetry] forms the quality of the light within which we predicate our hopes and dreams toward survival and change, first made into language, then into idea, then into more tangible action… The farthest horizons of our hopes and fears are cobbled by our poems, carved from the rock experiences of our daily lives.
