Colin Powell has a history of voicing shady truths and covering his own ass. The first epic time he was caught lying was during his investigation of the Mai lai massacre in Viet Nam. He was the leading investigative authority and his report was that Mai Lai never happened. Powel issued this report because he thought that was what his superiors wanted to hear. He was working his way up the ladder. When Bush wanted to convince the United Nations that Saddam had WMDs in Irac the same thing happened, and guess what, as you see in this video, Powell lied again and everyone was at fault for the lie, except him. (the one who voiced the lie) He accepts absolutely no responsibility for his lying.
