Examination schedule: Hajj holidays (3 Days) PRC DENTISTRY BOARD EXAMINATION: - The Examination shall be taken in two (2) phases. The first is the Theoretical exam and the second phase is the practical exam. Only those examinees who obtained a passing grade of at least 75% in the theoretical exam with no grade below 50% in any subject shall be eligible to take the practical exam (Board resolution no. 07, S 2006) - To pass the examination, an examinee must obtain a general weighted average rating of seventy-five percent (75%) with no grade below fifty percent (50%) in any subject in the theoretical phase and practical phase. The relative weight of which shall be 60% and 40% respectively - The Examinee who passed the theoretical phase must take the scheduled practical phase immediately after passing the theoretical phase should the examinee fail to take the said practical phase, he/she shall be given the opportunity to take any of the consecutive three (3) practical phase schedules, failure to take any of the aforementioned practical phase schedules shall cause the cancellation or forfeiture of his/her theoretical phase and shall require him/her to take another or a new theoretical phase Thanks, FDK Officers
