Colleen Wellard, I was going to show you a photo of my most wonderful creation....then I realised I dont have my phone to take a picture..........well I decided to used some of my bantam eggs....shes a little ripper and lays tons........so I made a quiche with a difference....never done one before....MUM use to say Jan if you taste everything you make.....and it needs some more seasoning put it in.......well I threw everything into the eggs, pastry around the outside and all............it came out of the oven...smelling terrific......Aims went nuts around the lounge room ....thinking, God something smells great where is it coming from.......(she knows cornflakes never smell like anything)...well the three of us went nuts really...Harps started to bark.......so I gave us all a big piece when it cooled down.......its on the menu for picnic in the paddock.....so hurry up and get here.........lol......... I CAN COOK
