College Football needs to change 2 rules. 1st lets go 2 feet inbounds on catches and picks. These kids are way better, more technically sound and trained to get away with one foot. Think about it; does a NFL prospect learn this at the combine? Of course he knows how to do it already. 2nd rule, move the hash marks. Take a page from college hoop 3 point line and make it in between. With zone read blocking taking over, where can a DE against the grain of the play get leverage? Both DEs in the pros are equally accessible to the play. Why not college if Vegas can put lines out on them?
