You will be working in the main school office; good interpersonal skills and the ability to multi task under pressure are essential. The post will involve the line management of one other admin team member The successful applicant should: Provide professional clerking services to the governing body and its committees. Enjoy working in a school environment. Have good financial knowledge in order to manage the school budget, for the purposes of budget monitoring, ordering, invoicing, and maintaining petty cash within the schools financial regulations and report regularly to the Headteacher and Governors. A working knowledge of SIMS.net and FMS is highly advantageous. Provide and manage personnel administration, including Contracts of Employment and DBS procedures. Increase revenue by means of lettings and bid writing. Manage unofficial school funds and bank income. Collaborate with other (SWPET) administrators to ensure best value & best practice.
