College students, new graduates, bachelors and parents - listen up. This just happened, and the result is something that could help you. My sister is home on Christmas break - shes a freshman in college and we just had this convo.... ••••••••••• Me: hey, Im gonna walk the dog, wanna come with? Meg: no, I have a headache and have for the last 3 weeks...I should probably tell the doctor at my appt today. Me: you know else you should do? Stop eating like crap Meg: *eye roll* *flings herself back on the bed* ughhhh. Me: dude, you eat Ramen. That comes with a skull and crossbones on it cuz its not meant for human consumption Meg: *laughing* I dont always! I eat PB&J too? Me: omg Meg: ...Ill start over on break but I cant eat the crap you eat. Ill throw up. Me: I know I sound like a broken record but Im in 3 different programs about healing the body right now and all of them start with nutrition. I also know you dont wanna hear about nutrition cuz youre all #idonthavetime #howimetyourmother #orangeisthenewblack #parenthood #ieatlikecrap #idontfeelgood #ever Meg: HAHAHAHAHA 😂😂😂😂 you just summed up my life. •••••••••• So what we agreed on is over break, well talk about the best food choices, then determine what she actually likes and will stick to eating...cuz shes a VERY picky eater. If we filmed it, would that be something you or your kid or the bachelor in your life who doesnt know how to cook for himself could use? A quick, reality show style look at how to make better food choices wherever you are? Comment with your answer!
