Collins Park News CPNA held a board meeting on June 18th. At that meeting we voted and approved replacing board member Lindsey Mac William from Think Properties with Shawn Vardi from Think Hospitality. We also voted to send a letter to the Commission and the Neighborhoods Committee to put the ZaHa Hadid parking garage on a fast track exactly as it was presented to the community with no loss of parking spaces or a passive park in the rooftop level. We also voted, as an association, to look into the procedure required to change or co-name streets to ask that 21st and 22nd Street be renamed to Collins Park South and Collins Park North much the same as it is in many other major Cities to help reinforce the branding of Collins Park.
