Colorado Springs, CO- (June 13, 2013) — Farmers Insurance claims personnel and agents are helping customers affected by the Black Forest Wildfire in Colorado Springs. Farmers Head of Mountain Territory Betsy Nealon said that Farmers’ claims teams are on-site and in full operation helping customers throughout the stricken areas. “We have also deployed our state of the art, high tech Mobile Catastrophe Claims bus (MCC) to the area to help our customers with claims and any questions or information they may need. We will remain here until all of our customers receive needed help,” Nealon said. The MCC is located at: 1675 Garden of the Gods Rd. Colorado Springs, CO 80907-3414 Open: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Nealon advises that all customers who have suffered damage from the fire should call the 24-hour Farmers Claims Contact Center number: 1- 800-435-7764 for immediate assistance. Foremost and 21st Century customers can also use the 1 800-435-7764 number for immediate assistance. Bristol West customers can call 1-800-274-7865 for immediate assistance. Spanish-language claims assistance is available to Farmers customers by calling: 877-RECLAMO (877-732-5266). Farrmers customers can also go to Farmers or download the free iClaim app to file a claim.
