Colorado has done it. Washington state has done it. The whole of Uruguay has done it. Large swathes of the US have done it for medical reasons. Isnt it time the UK caught up with the debate? Other countries are raising billions of dollars in revenue, stripping away a lucrative trade from organised crime and putting it, regulated and taxed, into the hands of ordinary people.
