Columbus GA Immediate Job Offer !!!!!!! SEASONED ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT Job Summary: To provide support to the membership departments in everyday administrative duties, support membership recruiting and retention; and support Total Resource Campaign. Manage Membee database. Minimum Qualifications: •High School Diploma or GED required. •Proven experience and aptitude in use of computer software •Microsoft Office Products (i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Outlook, email, Publisher) •Computer Skills (i.e. Microsoft Office Products, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, email, Publisher) Microsoft Access Accounts payable and receivables •Excellent written and verbal communication skills required Organization, time management and multi-tasking skills a must. •Need to be able to juggle many tasks at one time. •Highly motivated and self-starter Ability to work without constant supervision and meet deadlines, required. •Must be a Team player and willing to support all departments as necessary. •Experience working with volunteers of all ages. Preferred Qualifications: •College Degree in Administrative Field •Microsoft Office or any other type of data base member tracking and billing system experience highly preferred •Prior Administrative work a plus and highly desired min 12 month Job Responsibilities: •Enter all new member information into the Membership Database Maintain Membee Membership Database with accurate information •Responsible for all financial aspects of member accounts to include invoicing and reports •Assist Membership Department with accurate reports and information as needed •Develop, create and maintain all new member packets and ensure all are updated with correct information •Responsible for the preparation of monthly items (thank you letters, drop letter, renewal letters, etc.) •Tracks and reports monthly membership drops, write offs and new members and generates board reports. •Responsible for batching monthly invoices of all membership dues and providing front desk Information Specialist with invoices and envelopes for assembling and mailing •Works with EVP of Finance on reconciliation of membership monies •Works with EVP of Finance and Membership Manager in tracking and invoicing TRC sponsorship •Perform other duties as assigned This an immediate Job opening and the right Candidate must be able to start work right away once chosen!!!
