Combing through my model mayhem profile, new friend requests, new msgs and some older photos from 2008. I was smaller, more tone, smoother skin, just gorgeous. Today I am a different person, even though I still want to lose 23 lbs, I still think I look good, not great but good. I love myself, but I know there is room for improvement and to be healthier and look better than yesterday. Loving yourself does not mean you have to settle and accept yourself in your current state forever. Loving yourself means you want to treat your body, mind, and soul right and want to make all 3 better and healthier everyday. I love myself, but i want to be toner, lighter, more fit and healthier than i was yesterday and I know I can do it, it will just take a little more time and I must be patient, its not about the destination, but the journey that takes us there.
