Comcast Really???? does it really make sense to hire people for customer service who cant even barely speak and understand English.....absolutely the best business decision you could have possibly made . After spending 33mins on the phone troubleshooting my bad signal,they tell me to Compensate ME for my inconvenience theyre going to give me some package (broken english that i couldnt understand) for a discounted rate of $3.00 for a 30 day trial and if i dont want it just give them a call back and cancel. Because if i dont theyll add it on and charge me the full price for the package going forward.... REALLY????? how in the world is that a COMPENSATION?????? youre going to charge me for something i dont want ... Thanks but no thanks!!!!
