Comcast/Verizon users: I just found out that if you have been using Comcast services for a year or more, you can call them and ask for any new discounts and they can reduce your rates. I called to disconnect and told them I was going with AT&T promo package and Comcast gave me a $45/month discount (said they do that for all long term customers in general)....Verizon is now partnered with Comcast so Comcast says they will give you a small discount on package if you have both (ie cell phone)....We ended up with AT&T cause their promotion was still cheaper than new quote for Comcast...was paying $171/month and now will be $118/mo for same bundle services.....Too bad they never tell you about this.....
