Comcast is a rip off company. We had our services suspended a couple of months ago because we chose to feed our animals and buy heating fuel rather then pay for internet services and TV. Our services were off for 2 months. I got on line to pay the bill and discovered they charged me for months that I did not have service. I chatted with an on line rep of the company and was told that although I did not have service, I had to pay for it anyway because the account was still active. I just filed a complaint with the ATTY General and the FCC. Bull crap to have to pay for services when there was no service.
