Comcast is driving me totally mad. Everytime I call in with an incorrect billing or any other reason the sneaky employees end up changing my billing, taking away a tv connection or removing channels from my lineup so they can make commissions on every thing they change that increases my bill or removes my services. And the lost time on hold? Fuget about it! These people make a decent wage, they should NOT make commissions!
