Comcast is just TOO funny to me...as I was being walked through the steps to set my internet up yesterday, they kept trying to talk me into allowing a technician to come set it up instead ((even though the process was coming along)). Well, I was able to get everything connected and working...used the service all last night w no interruption. Then BOOM...this morning NO INTERNET CONNECTION AT ALL. Yall, the first thing out of their mouth was them trying to coax me into getting a technician out here?? So I CAN PAY THEM FOR THEIR NETWORK MALFUNCTIONING?? I told them theyll get this equipment back before they get another dime out of me...and I meant it. Then when I threatened to change carriers...now, all of a sudden they can fix THEIR PROBLEM for free?!
