Comcast is ridiculous! Sunday after time change our cable has not worked. Called every evening when we sit down to watch television (yep, I used the word television) they cant give us a reason for the problem, cant offer credit, just give us extra channels/subscriptions that arent even working right now. Advised to leave cable on for an hour and then turn it off for 30mins. We were on the phone yesterday and they didnt have an explanation, so they hung up. We are not hostile ppl and dont have a short fuse. Is anyone else having difficulties?
