Comcast is the biggest damn screw up for a company that I know! Customer service sucks and they all apologize! For what because you are all idiots! We had an installation on Wednesday, technician said there was an outage and did not check to see if it was fixed and left. Told my husband they could not install until the 3rd. I got home like 10 minutes after he left and said hell no! Called and they said someone would be right out! That never happened and it has been a nightmare since! Now I just called because for some reason they said we had a trouble ticket for this morning... Well now they say we do not even have an installation! Dkkgkfkfkfkskdkdksjdjfj Idiots!!!! And there was not an OUTAGE to start with
