Comcast is the worst cable company in the USA! Their outsourcing of technical support outside the US is a joke and so are their technicians that come to your home. Yesterday, a technician came out because I could not access my recordings on my DVR. The technician proceeded to check wiring in my home and circuit control box and asked me if I watched much TV in my office where internet modem was. He said that the TV connection there was interfering with internet signal, so he removed it. He then said, my DVR was no good and put in a new one. Hence, I lost my recordings anyways! As he was leaving, I saw outside cover plate on house was left uncovered, called him back to fix this and then a short time later discovered my bedroom TV modem had been disconnected by him cutting the wiring in the wall panel box. On my third phone call to Comcast tech support, outside of US customer service agents cannot reach any support person in CA. A tech was to call me and come out today, but no one responded. I am so disgusted with this company!!!
