In it, Comcast flaunts that it is the only Internet company legally bound by the rules of network neutrality. And thats true — it was set as a condition of its merger with NBC in 2010. But what Comcast doesnt tell you is that the company is only legally bound by those rules until 2018. After that, who knows?
