This offering is perfect for individuals wanting to take their practice to the next level, particularly those who have become proficient in the Hot 26 class. Students will learn the significance of proper alignment with an emphasis on anatomy and gain an introduction to modifications and props and why they are needed. Students are also introduced to Sun Salutation A (Surya Namaskara A) with a deep focus on how to properly move through Chaturanga.
