Say good morning to neighbors, the sun and stay connected to the changing seasons in your neighborhood. • Walk or bike to run your errands rather than drive. Even if it takes 30-60 minutes more than it would, those are minutes that will nurture you deeply. • Take a few minutes before bed to sit outside and enjoy the moon and stars, celebrating your wins for the day.
