Could that be you? THE ROLE: BIKE MECHANIC/ASSEMBLY TECHNICIAN We are looking for mechanics and assembly technicians to join our team. You will be responsible for building and servicing all types of bikes in our busy seven-day-a-week workshop, as well as dealing with customer enquiries in person, over the phone and via email While bike retail experience is not essential, you should have some mechanical aptitude. A positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a passion for bikes is more important. Contact with customers is a central part of the role, so you must also have excellent verbal communication skills. Customer service/retail experience will be highly regarded. Knowledge of Specialized bicycles and products will also be advantageous, but not essential.
