Come join us and dive Blue Heron Bridge in West Palm Beach. Date: August 25, 2013 (Sunday) Departing the store at 7:00 a.m. Returning to Tampa between 5:30 The dive site is in Phil Foster State Park. There is no fee to dive. Your only cost will be gas for the trip and any gear rental you might need. This is a walk off the beach dive with a maximum depth of 19ft. This location is known for its abundant wildlife. It is an excellent dive for families as well as those that enjoy taking pictures of marine life or just want to get in the water to explore. The park has restrooms, picnic tables, and outdoor showers. High tide on the 25th is at 12:15 p.m. The dive should be done during slack tide for visibility and current reason so the dive window that day will be from 11:15 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. Plenty of time to explore the area around the bridge. Although I must warn you, you will not see everything in one trip. This dive will leave you wanting to come back for more. The drive time from World of Water is approximately 3 hours and 30 minutes. That will put us on the site about 10:30. This allows us time to get parked, get gear setup and do our briefing prior to getting in the water, it will maximize our dive time. Because of the popularity of the site we will most likely have plenty of bubble eating friends in the water from all over the state. For those that want to meet the group at the dive site we can provide you with a map or address if you have a GPS. To sign up for the trip and/or reserve rental gear for the trip call World of Water at: 813-286-3483 . Talk to Scott, Dana or Jim they will be glad to help you.
