Come on Albion. The boys bounced back today with a very hard fought 2 nil win over Waihi away. Again playing without a few tegulars the boys welcomed back Wracky and our youth players. Waihi played a very deep defensive line which meant our strikers had no room to run into but our midfield played out of their skins and carved out plenty of chances. The waihi goalie saved a couple early on but we pushed on and soaked up the counter attack. Second half with the wind we were able to pin waihi down and wear them down. But it wasnt until the 83rd minute nathan pulled out a bit of magic and scored our first before rounding it off in injury time with his second and the teams second. A very pleasing result with the standout being roberson back in midfield. Dick of the day will have to go to the waihi player that started to celebrate his shot going in the goal only to be denied with a great save and then being mocked by gary with both teams laughing at him. Well done boys a great team effort and three points.
