Come on. The ebola hyperventilating in the media needs to end. Im not talking about sober reporting on the legitimately awful epidemic in West Africa, Im talking about fear stories that make it sound like were on the verge of disaster outside of the affected area. Even if a few people catch it and come back to the US to die, you might be at risk if youre a healthcare worker treating them, but everyone else can relax. Heres a tip: if you dont want ebola, dont trade bodily fluids with someone who has it. Problem solved. Move on to the next fake crisis, or better yet a real one.
