Come on now people???? Recycling is costly and time consuming for any country so as citizens we all have the responsibility of protecting the environment. The positive effects on society certainly warrants some measure of attention by education and awareness at the national level coupled with government intervention through use of receptacles for disposal. This is simply unacceptable and a threat to public health and safety. #civicduty #reduce #reuse #recyle
