Come on people!!!! Its a state law in OHIO that when its raining, your headlights ARE TO BE ON! Its not that hard, you see rain drops, you turn on your headlights! You actually need a law to figure out that this is a good thing, for You AND me??? Oh, I think this law applies to or should apply to law enforcement vehicles also! Shouldnt the cops be the first ones to turn their lights and follow the LAW? BUT, COPS, if you are not going to turn yours on, shouldnt you be busting the others who dont too?? AND, COPS, shouldnt yours be on, uhum, since its the law, or at least to be a good example!?!? So, can I make a citizens arrest on the cops? Turn on your damn lights!! Sheeeesh.......smh
