Come to my class to experience these oils first-hand that are great for recovery after a hard workout! My post-workout routine with oils has really been effective lately since Ive found what works for me. I use cypress to increase blood flow to the areas of concern and then lemongrass layered on that to soothe my sore muscles, followed by marjoram oil, which is a natural muscle relaxant. All these oils are working internally as well in my blood stream to support the recovery process. To top it off, I love the cooling sensation of Deep Blue Rub. It has wintergreen, camphor, peppermint, blue tansy, blue chamomile, helichrysum and osmanthus. All pure oils. These oils work together to ease achy joints and sore muscles. Its effects are deep and penetrating with sustained results. Ive done this after the last two workouts with great results (repeating before bed). Im going to make this a regular routine.
