Come to the Marlborough Farmers Market tomorrow to get your Broad Beans so you can make Annabel Langbeins fabulous Broad Bean Pesto. 3-5 Cups Of Fresh Broad Beans from Spudz N Greens 3 Cloves of Crushed Marlborough Garlic 1/4 Cup of extra virgin Olive Oil 1/2 Cup of Grated Parmesan Cheese Salt and Ground Pepper to taste 2 Finely Zested Lemons and the Juice Pod your broad beans, boil for two minutes, cool and Place all of the ingredients in food processor, pulse to form a thick puree. (Can be kept in refrigerator for up to four days). P.S we have made this dish and served it with Freshly toasted bread, Hope You Enjoy
