Come together By Adrian Rasin The National Member for North Bougainville Lauta Atoi yesterday called for unity amongst leaders of Bougainville whereas there can be a coordinated effort in the development of the region. When speaking at the 39th PNG Anniversary Celebration of Buka district in Lonahan, Mr Atoi said Papua New Guinea had gone through 39 years of being independent, and the dreams planted by the countries fore fathers should now be bearing fruit. Mr Atoi said the country was now going through an era of change in monetary and in development terms, and Bougainville should be able to ride on this. The North Bougainville Member said the National Members are getting a lot of monetary support from the Government, and these could be fully utilise if all Bougainville leaders come together and develop plans on how the funds can be better used. Member Atoi urged his fellow National Members to work alongside ABG leaders to achieve the outcomes that people only dream about. Ends
