Comedy Works All Stars on the Road with Chris Voth & Phil Palisoul hit the Center for the Arts stage for a night of hilarious stand-up comedy TONIGHT, March 15, 8 p.m. Tickets are $20 at crestedbuttearts.org, or you can just show up at the door! Comedy Works of Denver was championed by USA Today as one of the top five comedy clubs in the country. Not only have they hosted greats such as Rosanne, Jay Leno, Ellen DeGeneres and Chris Rock, but they also have a strong reputation for developing new acts and fostering local talent. Phil, with his self-deprecating style combined with side-splitting material is a huge hit everywhere he goes. Phil has toured from Hong Kong, China to Juno, Alaska working with some of the biggest names in comedy such as Jerry Seinfeld and Drew Carey. He’s appeared on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, took first place at the 2013 Great American Comedy Festival, and worked as a writer for Comedy Central. Called a name to watch and a very funny guy by the Rocky Mountain News, Chris Voth launched his stand-up career in Los Angeles and San Francisco. He’s appeared in three seasons of NBCs Last Comic Standing, and toured two years with a comedy improv group. Chris was chosen for the prestigious Great American Comedy Festival, won the Denver Comedy Works and the Miller Lite Comedy Competitions, and worked with comedians from Dave Chappelle to Bobcat Goldthwait.
