Comin in hot today!! Just finished a massive leg workout. Plenty of videos to follow. I have begun again training deadlift. Its really a go-to for back thickness. Heres a relatively easy double at 410 lbs. Notice how my legs and back break at the same time. This means optimal transferrence of weight through my body versus overly relying on my back or hip extensors. Also, notice how I tense my upper body before every lift. A tense upper body allows the muscles to better work synergistically with each other to support the lift. Use video to check your own form.
