Coming Soon to Zona Rosa: Q’s Hot Pot Located next to Bar Louie on NW Prairie View Road Hot pot, or shabu shabu, is similar to The Melting Pot concept, but features a Japanese twist. At Qs Hot Pot, patrons can choose from a variety of broth bases, such as Mongolian, pho and kimchi. Food is cooked tableside in the hot pot filled with broth, and patrons can choose from a variety of thinly sliced meats, seafood, vegetables, and noodles and rice. Entrees will include prime rib eye, select sirloin, chicken, pork, lamb and seafood. They will be served with a plate of assorted vegetables, along with dessert. Tapas will include spicy baked seafood, Asian wings, bánh mì, edamame, spring rolls, chicken lettuce wraps, seaweed salad, Cajun fries, sweet potato fries and calamari rings.
