Coming up tomorrow afternoon, Friday Oct 17th, from 4- 6pm on CFRC 101.9fms finding a voice’: This week’s show will feature readings from a Sept 17th book launch/reading, ‘A Bow-Wow Shop Poetry Extravaganza’, held at the Grad Club. The chapbook launched, The Quinoa Cake Recipe, was co-authored by Michael Glover and Jason Heroux. Following that - readings from the Sept 2nd ‘poetry @ the artel’ open mic reading in that monthly reading series. In the first hour, from the book launch, you’ll hear readings by Elizabeth Greene, Michael e Casteels and Jason Heroux. In the second hour, you’ll hear the final poet in that launch – Michael Glover, followed with open mic Artel readings by Kingston Poet Laureate Eric Folsom, and KinMan. We do stream live online at cfrc.ca As well, both hours of the show will be uploaded to my blogspace for it later that night at findingavoiceoncfrcfm.wordpress/ and will remain there indefinitely :)
