Coming up tonight on Life of Lies.. Pierro and Berto are having drinks together at a bar. Pierro chats up Berto about being Lila’s finance manager. Lucina shares the conversation later with Raquel who becomes angry at having to have anything more to do with Oriana, let alone being forced into a business partnership with her! Ricardo shows up looking for Oriana. While they wait for her to show up, he asks about the gun Lucina found. Lucina has to admit she had it, but then lies about throwing it away right after. Oriana appears moments after. Raquel is fairly choking on her rage as Ricardo flatters Oriana about her choice of dress and her overall hot looks. They leave and Raquel wants to know why Lucina lied about having the gun and throwing it away. Because, he obviously now knows that Oriana is Oriana. Nobody else could have told him about that gun and why but her! Lucina describes to Raquel how Felipe explained about the difference in calibers of the two guns involved and that the one she had was too small a caliber to be the murder weapon. While Ricardo tries to impress Oriana with his bachelor’s station, Raquel suggests to Lucina that it could really be dangerous for Ricardo to know the truth now. They should say it was all Oriana’s idea to falsify her identity using the dead girl’s identity. Lucina says no way. “--Why not???” Because he’s too in love to turn in either Oriana or them, being her friends. “--Well, it’s a great way she has of compensating us for her good fortune, wouldn’t you say?” Why? Raquel parodies Oriana. “—I’m too ashamed to lend you money; why it isn’t even mine!” Lucina watches the act with a discerning eyebrow. Raquel suddenly gets pissed. “—what she should be ashamed of is going to bed with the first guy she meets!” Raquel is grumbling over spilt milk and Lucina gives her grief about it. Ricardo and Oriana are discussing Lucina’s request for additional cash. Ricardo doesn’t see a problem and offers to loan her the little bit more that they’ll need. When she refuses, he reminds Oriana that the three of them planned this false identity plot together and that they know all about her situation. Lucina is a good sort and would play straight with them, though he wouldn’t trust Raquel as far as he could throw her, he says. What right does Ricardo have to get involved in her business, anyway, she asks him. Ricardo says that no matter what name she goes by, it’s because he is in love with her. That’s why. He decides he’d better take her home before she gets the wrong idea—that he only wants to seduce her by having her over to dinner. It’s on his mind but it’s not all he wants from her, he reminds her. She says she knows what he intended. Before he can say anything more, she moves in for the kiss and it’s electric. One thing leads to another and she’s seducing him. Ricardo loses his jacket and shirt before even getting to the bedroom, and once they are near his bed, Oriana’s dress comes off, too. So, five minutes into the episode, we have both of them down to the underwear and the music changes its tune to something more sensual. A lot of kissing and some real nakedness ensure. Once the did is over, Ricardo is holding a hand over Oriana’s very naked chest, dozing off at the same time, and she’s lazily caressing his arm – now. Before the scene is over, Ricardo opens his eyes ever so briefly and his gaze rests on Oriana’s hand, with her wedding rings as bright as ever on her finger At Palomas house, Cesar is writing something, when Raquel comes by in search of company, one would think. She asks whether he like clubs – a caress, a kiss on the cheek, an alluring flutter of the eyelids… maybe one of these days they could go out for a nice dinner. Raquel doesn’t waste any time.When she leaves; he’s left smiling and wondering… Not that I see Cesar actually being capable of this, but I hope he knows Raquel shares a room with Lucina, I don’t think a midnight visit would be the best idea. later and still at the bar, Berto is telling Piero all about his abusive father, his military school background, how manly he feels while firing a gun and how good he’s at it. Piero listens carefully and takes another sip of beer, cheering. Ricardo dropped Oriana off; he’s ever so in love. Oriana is afraid that things might not always be as picture perfect as they appear now, but Ricardo is sure there is nothing they can’t go up against as long as they are together.
