Why not do the same to Cebu Pacific airlines that has become notorious for bad service? xxx The kid glove treatment applied on Cebu Pacific despite its numerous abuses creates the impression that it enjoys so much clout with the powers-that-be. Did the owners of Cebu Pacific contribute heavily to the campaign kitty of Liberal Party? xxx The root cause of Cebu Pacifics lousy service is seemingly related to its desire to earn more money -- less counter personnel, less ground crew, overbooking, etc. If that is the case, then make it expensive for every move by Cebu Pacific to cut personnel and bloat passenger bookings. The government could do this by subjecting Cebu Pacific to heavy fines and penalties for each trouble it causes on hapless air passengers.
