Commentary by Joseph P. Joseph P Farrell THE TRANSHUMANIST SCRAPBOOK: GEOENGINEERING AND THE “CLIMATE CHANGE” MEME: INVOLVED SCIENTIST HAS DOUBTS January 7, 2015 by Joseph P. Farrell in Conspiracy • 37 Comments To put all my cards on the table, I’ve always been one of those who just never bought into the “science” behind global warming, having strongly suspected that there had to be “something else” really behind it. More recently, as some evidence has suggested that the Earth isn’t warming but but cooling down, the meme had to be changed to the tautological form of “climate change.” Yes folks, the climate is “changing” (duh!) and we’d all better panic about it and, moreover (here comes the agenda), do something about it. For some – and I increasingly find myself in that camp the more I look into it – the “doing” has been going on a long time in the form of “chemtrails.” By way of a personal anecdote, I might as well explain why I’ve become interested in this recently. It’s not, mind you, that I didn’t believe friends and family members who’ve told me about it, but merely that I had never seen it, nor witnessed it, firsthand, until about two months ago, when a friend of mine and I were driving to a conference through the San Jaquin Valley in southern California. We took a route that brought us over the mountains down towards the city of Bakersfield, and as we descended, we noticed an odd, medium gray haze over the whole valley as far as we could see. At first, we thought this was merely fog, but then my friend pointed out that there was a peculiarly acrid chemical odor in the air, which, not having quite the sense of smell as he, I eventually noticed the further into the valley we drove. As if to confirm our growing suspicions, we both noticed a kind of cross-hatched network of contrails above the valley. Now a scientist actually engaged in the process of “climate engineering” has not only spilled the beans, but is beginning to have second thoughts about it: Scientist terrified of geoengineering technology being developed under guise of halting global warming “Dr. Matthew Watson from Bristol University in the UK told the media recently that he’s “terrified” by many of the geoengineering projects currently in the works to thwart man-made climate change, which is still being hawked by many in mainstream science as a threat to humanity. “Speaking to the Daily Mail Online, Dr. Watson explained how futuristic technologies like spraying chemical particles into the sky to reflect sunlight back into space have the potential to disrupt how rain falls, how plants grow and how life lives. “Right now, Dr. Watson is working on a $2.8 million project of this exact nature. The plan is to inject sulfur particles into the earth’s atmosphere with the stated goal of blocking the sun’s rays from reaching Earth, ostensibly to keep the earth from getting too warm. “‘Personally, this stuff terrifies me,’ Dr. Watson told reporters. ‘Whilst it is clear that temperatures could be reduced during deployment, the potential for misstep is considerable.” As the article points out, there’s growing scientific opposition to the idea: “Geoengineering will be much more expensive and challenging than previous estimates suggest and any benefits would be limited,” maintains Professor Piers Forster from the University of Leeds, who has long tracked climate engineering projects of this type and determined them to be more threatening than beneficial.Professor Steve Rayner from Oxford University, who specializes in the legal and ethical ramifications of geoengineering, seems to agree. He told the Daily Mail Online that too little is known about the long-term effects of geoengineering, including their impact on planetary ecosystems. What’s interesting about Dr. Watson’s project is that it constitutes tacit admission that one mechanism being explored for such modification is the release of aerosolized particles into the atmosphere. So what, really, is the agenda? Why are we seeing such a rise not only of talk about geoengineering, but of the technologies to do it (and let’s face it, they’ve been doing weather modification since the 1950s, and there was even, during World War Two, a proposal to weaponize tsunamis for use against the Japanese). I’ve suggested one thing in previous blogs: weather derivatives and the financialization of the weather. After all, if the financial elites are willing to manipulate LIBOR rates and other markets, then having weather modification and engineering technology would be a handy way to manipulate and make money from weather derivatives. But herewith my high octane speculations: If you’ve followed the Morgellon’s research of Dr. Hildegard Stavenger or others, you’ll discover that a whole host aerosols are being sprayed, from heavy metals to what appears to be some sort of nanotechnology that actually grows plastic (and other) types of fibers in the lesions of sufferers from that disease. So one possibility presents itself: the modification of humanity and the human environment itself. For what purpose, it’s hard to say. Another possibility presents itself: aerosolized heavy metal particles in the atmosphere would also increase the natural electrical conductivity of the atmosphere, which could conceivably serve some sort of defensive (or even offensive) military purpose in conjunction with such technologies as ionospheric heaters or EMP generators. And if those who suspect that storms like tornadoes and hurricanes are fundamentally electromagnetically, rather then thermally, based, then such spraying would perhaps constitute a means to make their creation, manipulation, or damping, more effective. Bottom line: I suspect that in the coming year we’re going to hear more stories like Dr. Watson’s coming out, and an increasing push to bring “climate change” into the public consciousness, with more stories of the links between such “climate change” and the technologies to do it. What won’t be admitted, of course, is the degree to which it has already been done, and for what purpose. But if you’ve been following the story, I suggest looking more deeply at its financial, and military, aspects.
