The Middle East & Africa region is a important one for the company and the focus for planned expansion. This is young growing international team. Reporting to the Sales Director MEA Region the Commercial Capability Manager will be responsible for building commercial capability building and driving implementation of the company modules / market .Training local sales and trade marketing teams on all modules as well as guide, track and measuring execution .With a hands on approach in the market and paying a pivotal role between the Sales Director and the local company users . Travelling 60% of the working time in the MEA region . Producing training modules for the company with the Sales Director and the market teams. Candidates will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience – • Minimum of 4 years sales/marketing experience (sales dominance) • Minimum of 2 years experience in Trade Marketing • Degree holder • Good experience in On Trade • FMCG experience essential • Self motivated , focused and persistent • Entrepreneurial spirit and sense of ownership • Strong communication and influencing skills • Positive , assertive and patient disposition • Good planning and organization skills. • Well structured problem solving with an analytical approach • Strong communication skills and able to communicate well across different cultures. • Successful in developing relationships. • Numerate • Good team working skills • Transparent and trust worthy • Able to learn and apply new skills quickly • Ability to multi task • Good working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word Please submit your CV quoting job ref 16007 at [email protected]
