Commit to yourself. Commit to your training. It never ends. Training is not optional. It should be on the same level as eating and sleeping. It must be planed and purposeful. Focus on getting better. You must be dedicated to show up and put out every time because I guarantee it will transform your life. Success is just daily mundane tasks done every day. No matter what. Whether is Monday, Friday, a weekend. It doesn’t matter. I always say health and fitness is a marathon and not a sprint. However, we must also realize that the time to reach your goals ticks away every day. I encourage you to move a little quicker if you plan on “jogging” the whole time. Break down your larger goal into smaller chunks that you CAN sprint toward. And just like exercise, you must also recover. Don’t sprint the whole time and burn out. Instead attack your dreams in a sprint often, and then pull back and rest.
