Common Talent Assessment Test (CTAT) With the jobs in India unfolding itself in a slow pace and the graduates coming out of colleges in a rapid pace we felt a need to start an initiative that will provide a striking balance. Job Opportunities are available in companies for students who have specialized skill set in Java, Dot Net, PHP, Mobile Application Development, Ruby on Rails etc…but suitabl...e candidates are not available. Such companies do not have the bandwidth to hire the students and then train them. Job Opportunities are available in huge numbers in Mechanical and Civil based companies but these companies do have the bandwidth to visit colleges and recruit students. Six Phrase will conduct a Common Talent Assessment Test (CTAT) for 2013 pass out batch based on the concept of Finishing School Training and Placements. Based on the grading and their specialization (students will be graded based on their performance) students profiles will be shared with Tier I, Tier II & Tier III companies. Profiles of students with Excellent grading will be shared with companies like Google, Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, Accenture, IBM etc through Employee Referral program available in all corporates. Test Model General Aptitude Test – 30 minutes (compulsory) One or more of the following Aptitude Test Java Aptitude Test – 30 minutes Dot Net Aptitude Test – 30 minutes Php Aptitude Test – 30 minutes Networking Aptitude Test – 30 minutes Mobile Applications Aptitude Test – 30 minutes Mechanical Aptitude Test – 30 minutes Civil Aptitude Test – 30 minutes. Students have to take up one General Aptitude Test and One or more of the Optional Aptitude Test. No Registration Fees for taking up the test.
