Communicating well is an art! When that saying is used with anything, I think it means that its something that is a natural gift of a person or it took lots of time to master it. With communication, I feel like where every person can start being a better communicator is listening fully to the next person, not preparing a response before the person finishes speaking, not assuming that persons what theyre gonna say, not being distracted while the other person is talking and not interrupting them before they finish their sentence. Oh and if your mouth is open more than your ears in communicating, thats problem #1! Thats a freebie! Youre welcome!
