Communicating with a brother from way back earlier this evening. We boxed for the same team back then, so I let him know that because Cakes has been on my about getting back into shape, and that I had begun working out again approximately two weeks ago and not only that, but tonight my son and I finished putting up a new 100# heavy bag and that I had worked on it twice. Good exercise and left me breathless and alive! I then let him know that I would take photos and share them with him and after I shared, I thought to share here too, so here is one of the finest means’ of getting into and maintaining physical conditioning that has ever been devised, as is in these photos of our hard work from this evening. “BOOM, BOOM, BOOM!”
