Description: An ER Intern helps to deliver and implement the ER program or an element of an ER program which is part of an agreed ER strategy in the country/region for an MDO priority or a GBU initiative. The scope of this job may include: maintaining a network of external contacts; defining the best approach to accomplish the goals of the ER program (with guidance from their supervisor and drawing upon their experience/contact in the external environment); creating local ER materials and executing the program in the country; may provide regulatory assessments/regional or media/stakeholder plans to the GBU; develop and practice the skills to coach and train their subordinates and learn about building effective organizations.
