Community Action Energy Conservation Resource Fair Community Action has been serving low-income people in Washington County for nearly 50 years. One way we do this is with an Energy Conservation Resource Fair which is free and open to everyone in the community. This year’s fair is on Saturday, October 25th, from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Lincoln Street Elementary School, 801 NE Lincoln St., Hillsboro, OR 97124. Over 30 vendors will provide information on topics including: • Energy Conservation • Health and Safety • Nutrition • Employment • Recycling • Legal Services Other activities will include: • Photo Booth by Community Action • Face Painting by Nicole’s Face Painting • Hot Dog Lunch by NW Natural • Children’s Craft Clinic by Lowe’s • Balloon Twisting by JJ Entertainers • Health Screenings by Tuality Healthcare • Vision Screenings by Pacific University Optometry • Energy Expert by Oregon Technical Institute We hope to see you there!
