Community Awareness Program: Lentegeur, Mitchells Plain. Called 10111 spoke to consultant and asked to speak to the Supervisor... As I laid my complaint, I could hear the supervisor type the complain and sent it immediately onto the system. My complaint was for the safety and security of School Pupils and Residents of Lentegeur walking from Promenade and the Bridge...the scum are targeting the elderly, youngsters and gym goers and regular shoppers... Description for SAPS vans, City of Cape Town Law Enforcement Vans on corners of Merrydale Avenue and Morgenster Road, and AZ Berman Road and Morgenster Road Intersection... This is a hotspot and the robbers knows it...they communicate with each other on BBM and Whatsapp, when they see a target...or whistle. We as a community need to stand up against these scum! If we not gonna do it, no one is going to. So my request was for Police to drive or be stationed there on a regular basis night and day.
