Community Leader Scholarships Westpac Bicentennial Foundation is proudly supporting community leaders who want to undertake a significant personal, educational or study travel opportunity that will have a direct value to their community work. These scholarships will be run in partnership with the Westpac Foundation. Who can apply? You are an Australian citizen or permanent resident who is a leader in either a not-for-profit, community organisation or social or private enterprise. You must be able to demonstrate that you have a project or idea that will have a sustainable social impact on the wellbeing of Australians at a local, state or national level. You must also show that you have the commitment to successfully deliver your chosen project. What are the benefits? Successful recipients will receive awards of between $20,000 and $50,000 to help them pursue educational opportunities. When can I apply? Community Leaders scholarships will be available in 2014.
