Community Project: For 39 years, Miss Dottie has collected toys for children at Christmas time. You may have known her from the Germantown-Schnitzelburg areas Shelby School that used to be on Mary Street. She worked the lunch room from the 1970s until 2002. She was recently diagnosed with inoperable lung cancer, but wants to make sure that the kids are not forgotten this Christmas season. We all know she has a soft spot for families facing hard times. As one of Miss Dotties bucket list items, we are having a toy drive event on January 25th at Most Blessed Sacrament Church in Louisville Kentucky from 1pm-4pm.
